Context
Place aux jeunes en région (PAJR) has set up a website which has become the main digital platform used to link migration agents and their clienteles with a settlement project in the region.
Always keen to offer the best service to its customers, PAJR called on our services to carry out the first phase of analysis of its future website. Our strategic support made it possible to define the architecture and the functionalities necessary for the future platform. We also drew up specifications for the creation of the new website.
Goals
- Mobilize clienteles of young people whose motivations to settle in the regions affect multiple facets of daily life (economic, emotional and social level);
- Offer a personalized service to each of its customers.
Methodology
More than ever, digital customers expect a personalized experience. Providing a platform adapted to their needs and with which they can interact maximizes the return on promotional efforts. This also makes it possible to address the specific concerns of each user and to ensure a better exchange between them and the organization.
The first step was to identify the opportunities and / or challenges of the organization, where online initiatives could provide a solution. To do this, we proceeded to:
- Interviews with stakeholders to gather their business needs.
Then, to identify what the unmet needs and goals of the clientele were, we continued with:
- Client interviews: creation of a questionnaire and interviews with typical customers who may or may not have completed their regional installation project;
- The creation of personas;
- The development of the customer journey.
The vision of future innovative online initiatives were then prioritized within specifications . This also took into account the management of the budget, a schedule, a roadmap as well as a technical evaluation.
