Audrey Marcotte is a strategic advisor in customer experience (CX and UX). With over 12 years of experience in the field of web and applications, she has a strong background in user experience, ergonomics, and interface design. Passionate, curious, and versatile, she holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and a master’s degree in interaction design. She is certified in user experience by the Nielsen Norman Group and works in Canada, France and the United States.
