Audrey Marcotte is a Senior Consultant in User & Customer Experience (UX/CX). With over 14 years of experience in the field of web and applications, she has a strong background in user experience, ergonomics, and interface design. Passionate, curious, and versatile, she holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and a master’s degree in interaction design. She is certified in user experience by the Nielsen Norman Group and a member of the Interaction Design Foundation. She works in Canada, France and the United States.
