In the design process of your project, it’s crucial to ensure that the user experience is optimal. That’s why I offer a user-testing service, designed to validate usability with your potential customers, whether in person or virtually. These tests can take place at the design stage, during development or after delivery of your project. It’s never too late to test!<\/p>\n\n

The methodology<\/h2>\n\n

Usability testing can cover, among other things, these essential aspects of your solution:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Information architecture<\/strong>: Evaluate the structure of your site or application to ensure intuitive and efficient navigation. Participants are guided through specific tasks to assess how easy it is to find the information they need.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Mock-ups<\/strong>: Gather feedback on your project’s mock-ups to identify the interface’s strengths and weaknesses. This allows us to fine-tune the design<\/em> before going any further in the development process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Prototypes<\/strong>: Test interactive prototypes to assess interface usability and gather valuable feedback on functionality and interactions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    The number of participants required varies according to the item to be tested and the complexity of your project. I tailor the methodology to your specific needs to ensure relevant and usable results.<\/p>\n\n

    Tests can be taken remotely, or face-to-face. A number of remote communication tools can be used: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Lookback, etc. In the classroom, tests can be carried out in the user’s own context(in situ)<\/em>, or in a dedicated laboratory equipped with all the resources needed for successful testing. Sessions are recorded, allowing you to relive the participants’ interactions. You can also attend sessions, giving you a first-hand perspective on the user experience.<\/p>\n\n

    The deliverable<\/h2>\n\n

    The usability test report provides a detailed analysis of the results obtained during the test sessions. It presents key observations and specific recommendations for improving the user experience. The report highlights the interface’s strengths, as well as areas for improvement. It includes screenshots and annotations to illustrate the problems identified. I offer concrete solutions and suggestions for optimizing product usability. The aim is for this report to provide you with a clear vision of the actions you need to take to improve user satisfaction and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n
