This design phase is typically initiated at the project&#8217;s outset, <strong>before<\/strong> any technical production or setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">User-centered design aims to define interactions, functionalities, and content organization to enhance the <strong>customer journey<\/strong>.
